The infrastructure choices that determine whether a VPS can handle production workloads — or just development ones.
Network
When a provider says "high bandwidth" without a number attached, they mean something shared among 10–30 servers. Our number is 500 Mbit/s, and it belongs to your VPS alone.
This matters for game servers handling burst traffic, streaming applications pushing constant egress, and API backends that should never get bandwidth-throttled under load.
Virtualization
OpenVZ and container-based VPS share the host kernel. KVM doesn't. Each EstFlux VPS runs on its own emulated hardware, with a dedicated kernel space that other tenants cannot affect.
Your server's memory, CPU scheduling, and I/O are isolated at the hypervisor level. A noisy neighbour's workload doesn't leak into your performance.
Load kernel modules, compile a custom kernel, run eBPF programs — none of which are possible in shared-kernel environments. Your OS, your rules.
Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Arch, and more. If you need a specific distribution, contact support.
Windows Server 2019 / 2022 available on all plans. Comes with a trial licence — a permanent licence can be purchased separately. Full RDP access from first boot.
Snapshot your VPS before major changes. Roll back in minutes if something goes wrong — no need to restore from a full backup.
SSH in as root from the first minute. No managed-only plans, no restricted shell. Your server is yours to configure.
Storage
Every server runs on SSD storage — no spinning disks in the pool. Consistent I/O performance for databases, build pipelines, and file-heavy workloads.
Storage is allocated per plan: from 40 GB on Boost S to 320 GB on Boost XXL. The full allocation is available to your server from first boot.
Reliability
Every plan includes 1 free snapshot slot. Enable auto-snapshots in the control panel for daily automated backups — they don't run by default, you switch them on when you need them.
Need more? Additional snapshot slots are available at €1 per snapshot, up to 5 total. Restore is self-service: rebuild the server from a named snapshot directly in the control panel.
